Washing machine leaks are one of the most common and costliest insurance claims. A burst hose, clogged pipe, or slow leak can cause thousands of dollars in damage, especially if your laundry machines are on main and second floors and water is seeping through several storeys of your home.

FloodPan is a solution to this potential problem. Made of full 12-gauge 304 grade stainless steel, FloodPan is designed to be installed under laundry machines to help contain and divert leaking water, whether that be from machine overflow, hose failure or connection leaks.
FloodPan can easily be incorporated into new build or renovation plans. The central drainage pipe has been welded into place and is designed to be connected to main plumbing. Our kit includes a Green DrainTM mechanical vent trap to stop odours. Heavy-duty stainless-steel manufacturing ensures FloodPan can withstand the weight and vibration of appliances and because it is inset into the floor joints, there will be no movement of the machines.
